The ability of the project management team is reflected through its prior track record, execution ability, the likelihood of successfully launching the project to the market, individual qualifications, and team job allocation.
項目管理團隊的能力體現在其工作閱歷、執行能力、項目推出市場的可能性、團隊成員的個人資歷以及團隊內部分工。
2.2 Business Model & Time to Market 商業模式及投入市場時間（Vetting Weighting 審批比重：30%）

This section evaluates the project's ability to communicate effectively, the quality of its vision, direction, short- and long-term objectives, the market demand for its product, target market, marketing strategy, and realistic assessment of the project’s viability. Additionally, projects that aim to launch a product within three months of grant disbursement are strongly encouraged.
本部分評估項目的溝通效率、願景的質量、項目方向、短期和長期目標、產品的市場需求、目標市場、營銷策略以及對項目可行性的現實評估。此外，本計劃將鼓勵能在資金發放後三個月內完成產品的項目。
2.3 Creativity and Innovation of the Proposed Project, Product and Service 項目、產品及服務的創意及創新元素（Vetting Weighting 審批比重：30%）

This section evaluates factors such as the use of innovative technologies, creative solutions, disruptive technology capabilities, emerging technologies, or breakthrough problem-solving approaches.
本部分重點評估項目中對創新技術的使用、有創造力的解決方案、顛覆性的技術能力、新興技術或突破性的問題解決方法等因素。
2.4 Social Responsibility 社會責任（Vetting Weighting 審批比重：10%）

Preference will be given to projects that incorporate social responsibility objectives as a project focus, including contributions to open source, creative commons, and other “progressive” technologies with a social focus. Projects demonstrating ethical decision-making or contributing to solving issues originating from the social environment will also be prioritized.
優先考慮將社會責任目標納入項目重點的項目，包括貢獻於開放原碼、共享創意或其他以社會為重點的「漸進式」科技；展示合乎道德的決策；或對解決源自社會環境問題的貢獻的項目。

We are the creators of our proposed project the details of which have been described in Section 2 of this Application Form ("Project") and our Project is original.
